Katja Schroeder (@schroek) is an Adjunct Professor at St. Francis College where she teaches International Marketing and Social Media Marketing. She is the Managing Director of Bloom, a transmedia  startup agency within the Ruder Finn global network that helps companies thrive with integrated marketing communications campaigns across social channels and digital screens. Katja has developed award-winning integrated communications and marketing programs for companies  of all sizes in North America, Europe and Asia. Katja holds a M.A. in Communications and Business Administration from the FU Berlin (Germany) and a M.A. in Communications and Information Sciences from CELSA/Sorbonne, Paris (France).  She is a published author and frequently blogs about entrepreneurship, digital media and  the way technology innovation enables sustainable development. She is on the Board of the St. Francis College’s Center for Entrepreneurship.
